Becoming unforgettable isn’t random — it’s the art of leading with intention.
On September 25th, the Velvet venue in Bucharest became a hub of ideas, inspiration, and conversation during the EXEDA September Experience — a powerful evening dedicated to Personal Branding & Thought Leadership.
This 5th edition of EXEDA brought together leaders, marketers, and professionals who understand one truth:
In today’s noisy world, authority isn’t given — it’s designed.

Authority by Design: How Leaders Become Unforgettable.
The night’s central theme, Authority by Design, explored how leaders craft visibility, credibility, and relevance that outlast any trend or title.
The discussion focused on The Triangle of Authority — Visibility, Credibility, and Relevance — and what it truly takes to build each one intentionally.

Participants and speakers reflected on key questions that shaped the night’s dialogue:

– What makes someone truly unforgettable in their field — beyond competence?
– Which element of the Authority Triangle is hardest to build, and why?
– Is personal branding just self-promotion — or something deeper?
– How can professionals stand out as authentic voices in a crowded social media space?
– What’s the very first step to building a personal brand — and what should we absolutely avoid?
Each question sparked honest, experience-based answers from leaders who have built their authority not by chance, but through clarity, consistency, and purpose.

Insights from the Speakers

The evening featured five exceptional voices — each bringing a different lens to the art of becoming unforgettable:

Alex Cernătescu – CEO @ Stefanini Infinit | Head of Academy @ EXEDA
Shared how authority compounds over time through intention and repetition — and why credibility must be designed like a long-term investment.

Sabina Iosub
– Journalist | Head of Programming @ Antena 3 CNN | Invited Lecturer @ EXEDA

Offered lessons from years in live television: communicate with clarity, connect emotionally, and always lead your narrative.
Her message to future leaders: “Memorability is built when message meets authenticity.”

Gabriel Eremia – Marketing & Product Director @ Beko East Europe Cluster | Invited Lecturer @ EXEDA

Explained that building a strong personal brand follows the same principles as building timeless corporate brands — consistency, differentiation, and emotional connection.

Mia Deaconu – Head of Marketing @ Fashion House Group | Invited Lecturer @ EXEDA

Highlighted the parallels between fashion branding and personal branding: storytelling, perception, and emotional resonance. “When you understand your audience deeply, you build more than a brand — you build belonging.”

Valentina Vesler
 – Head of PR & Communication @ Valvis Holding | Invited Lecturer @ EXEDA

Reflected on her experience with iconic brands like Aqua Carpatica and Domeniile Sâmburești: “A strong brand, whether corporate or personal, stands on non-negotiable principles — clarity, authenticity, and consistency.”

A Room Full of Ideas, Energy, and Intention

The fireside conversation turned into a masterclass in modern leadership.
Attendees shared their own challenges — from the discomfort of self-promotion to the struggle of standing out online — and found resonance in one shared idea: leadership begins when you stop blending in.
The atmosphere was electric — genuine dialogue, laughter, note-taking, and connections that will continue long after the night ended.
